Project Management:As the owner and manager of Northwestern's Mercy Springs Road project, Brian Pflieger directs all development and construction operations in association with the General Contractor, Rocky Mountain West Construction.

Project Supervisor: Ed Kocherhans has built residential homes as well as commercial construction. He is experienced in concrete tilt-up, steel frames, and build–to-suit. He is responsible for meeting budgets and time lines set forth for Northwestern.

Marketing & Sales Jacci Pflieger has been the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lighthouse Lodge and Suites for ten years. She has designed interiors of hotels and private residences. Jacci also produces logo designs, brochures and all marketing materials.
